Patient trust is central to 24Heal Hospital. Before a doctor profile is published publicly, we review their registration information. The “Verified” badge on public profiles indicates the doctor has completed our approval process — not that 24Heal guarantees clinical outcomes.
Registration & credential submission
Doctors register with their full name, qualifications, specialty, experience, clinic details, and supporting documents as required during onboarding.
Administrative review
Our admin team reviews each application, verifies submitted credentials against provided documentation, and may request clarification before approval.
Public listing after approval
Only doctors with APPROVED status appear in the public directory, sitemap, and search results. Pending, rejected, suspended, or inactive profiles are not indexed.
What verification includes
- Review of stated qualifications and specialty
- Confirmation of contact and clinic information where provided
- Administrative approval before public listing
- Ongoing ability to suspend profiles that violate platform policies
What verification does not mean
Verification confirms that a doctor has passed our onboarding review — it is not a government medical licence, hospital employment guarantee, or endorsement of every clinical decision. Patients should still discuss their individual care with their treating doctor.
24Heal Hospital does not claim affiliations, accreditations, or certifications it does not hold. We are an independent healthcare provider operating in Pakistan.
