4. How appointments work

  1. Patient opens a doctor profile (public).
  2. Chooses online or in-clinic (when the doctor offers that type).
  3. Signs in (or creates a patient account) if not already signed in.
  4. Selects an available slot from the doctor’s schedule.
  5. Confirms the booking and completes any required payment steps shown in the product.
  6. For online visits: after booking, the doctor shares a secure external consultation link. Video is not streamed inside the 24Heal app itself.
  7. For in-clinic visits: the patient attends at the clinic details shown for that doctor / hospital.

Patients can manage upcoming and past appointments from their patient dashboard.

5. How the online pharmacy works (overview)

  1. Browse medicines on /pharmacy (public catalogue).
  2. Add items to the cart.
  3. Sign in as a patient to checkout.
  4. Provide a delivery address where required.
  5. Prescription-required items follow the platform’s prescription review rules.
  6. Track orders from the patient dashboard (My Orders).

The Health Library exists to:
