Patient Guide — 24Heal

How to create an account, sign in, book care, and use your patient dashboard.

This guide is for patients only. It does not cover staff/admin tools or private system configuration.

1. Create a patient account (sign up)

1. Open Sign up.
2. Keep the tab “Sign up as a Patient” selected.
3. Enter:

- Full name - Email - Phone (required) - Password (at least 8 characters) - Confirm password

1. Submit the form.
2. When registration succeeds, you are directed to Sign in.
3. Sign in with the same email and password.

Tips

• Use an email you can access (needed for password reset).
• Choose a unique password you do not reuse on other sites.
• Never share your password or OTP with anyone claiming to be “24Heal support” via chat.

2. Sign in as a patient

1. Open Sign in.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Sign in.
4. You are taken to your patient dashboard (/dashboard/patient), or back to the page you were trying to use (for example, booking).

Forgot password?

1. Open https://24healer.com/forgot-password
2. Enter the email for your patient account
3. If the email matches an account, a secure reset link is sent
4. Open the link and set a new password
5. Sign in with the new password

Reset links expire; request a new one if the link no longer works.

3. What you can do without signing in

You can usually:

• Browse doctors and specialties
• Read doctor public profiles
• Read Health Library guides and articles
• Browse the pharmacy catalogue

You typically must sign in to:

• Confirm an appointment
• Complete pharmacy checkout
• View prescriptions, documents, payment history, or private orders

4. Book an appointment

1. Go to Find doctors or open a specialty / location page.
2. Open a doctor’s profile.
3. Choose online consultation or in-clinic (if offered).
4. If prompted, sign in as a patient.
5. Pick an available date/time.
6. Confirm the booking and follow on-screen payment / confirmation steps.

Online consultations

• After booking, your doctor shares a secure consultation link for the video visit.
• Video is conducted through that shared link — not as an in-app live stream inside 24Heal.

In-clinic visits

• Attend at the clinic / hospital details shown for that doctor.
• Arrive on time with any documents the doctor or booking screen requested.

5. Patient dashboard overview

After sign-in, your home area is:

6. Pharmacy as a patient

1. Browse https://24healer.com/pharmacy
2. Add products to the cart
3. Sign in if needed
4. Checkout with a saved or new delivery address
5. Follow any prescription-upload / review steps shown for restricted medicines
6. Track progress under My Orders

7. Health Library (for learning)

Use https://24healer.com/health to:

• Search wellness and clinical guides
• Filter by category
• Open condition pages (e.g. diabetes) or lifestyle guides (e.g. sleep)
• Follow links to specialties and doctors when you need care

Remember: library content is educational. It does not diagnose you.

8. Account safety checklist

• Sign out on shared computers
• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not forward password-reset emails to others
• Do not post screenshots that show full prescription or ID details on social media
• Contact the platform only through the official Contact page if something looks wrong
