Editorial policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
24Heal Hospital publishes health information to help patients in Pakistan understand common conditions, find appropriate care, and make informed decisions. This policy describes how we create and maintain that content.
Our principles
- Patient safety comes before search visibility.
- Content must be accurate, clear, and free of unsupported medical claims.
- We do not invent statistics, studies, credentials, or patient outcomes.
- We distinguish educational information from personalised medical advice.
- We link readers to verified doctors when professional evaluation is appropriate.
Content types
Condition guides on our Health section explain common symptoms, causes, and when to seek care. They are written in plain language and reviewed periodically.
Health Hub articles are authored by our clinical team or verified doctors affiliated with 24Heal Hospital. Author names and publication dates are displayed on each article.
Doctor profiles display qualifications, experience, and consultation details supplied by doctors during registration and verification. See our doctor verification policy.
Review process
Health content is reviewed by qualified members of our clinical team before publication where practicable. Condition guides include a “last reviewed” date. Articles display published and updated dates. We update or retire content when medical guidance changes or when information is found to be inaccurate.
What we do not publish
- Personalised dosage or treatment instructions without a consultation
- Claims of guaranteed cures or outcomes
- Fake reviews, ratings, or endorsements we cannot verify
- Accreditations or certifications 24Heal Hospital does not hold
- Thin doorway pages without unique patient value
