Doctor Guide — 24Heal

How clinicians register, complete verification, sign in, and use the doctor dashboard.

This guide is for doctors using the public registration and doctor dashboard. It does not document internal staff/admin systems.

1. Create a doctor account (sign up)

  1. Open Sign up.
  2. Select “Sign up as a Doctor”

- Shortcut: https://24healer.com/register?type=doctor

  1. Complete the registration steps. Typical information includes:

Account & professional profile

- Full name - Email - Phone - Qualifications - Years of experience - Consultation fee(s) (in-clinic and/or online, as applicable) - Short bio (optional but helpful) - Password (confirm it carefully)

Practice details

- Consultation types: online, in-clinic, or both - Clinic name and address - Weekly availability slots (day, start time, end time, appointment type)

  1. Submit the application.
  2. You will be able to sign in, but your profile is not publicly bookable until it is approved.

After you register

  • Your application enters review.
  • You may be asked for clarification or supporting documents.
  • Only approved doctors appear in the public directory, search results, and sitemap.

2. Sign in as a doctor

  1. Open Sign in.
  2. Enter the email and password you used at registration.
  3. After a successful sign-in, doctors are routed to the doctor dashboard (/dashboard/doctor).

If you signed up as a doctor but land on the wrong area, sign out and sign in again with the correct doctor account email. Do not share accounts across roles.

Forgot password?

  1. https://24healer.com/forgot-password
  2. Enter your doctor account email
  3. Use the secure reset link from email
  4. Set a new password and sign in

Password reset works for eligible patient and doctor accounts associated with that email.

3. While your profile is pending

Until approval:

  • You should not expect to appear in public doctor search results
  • Patients cannot book you as a listed public specialist
  • Keep your profile information accurate so review can complete

After approval:

  • Your public profile becomes visible (when complete enough for listing)
  • Patients can book according to your consultation types and schedule

4. Doctor dashboard overview

Approved doctors primarily work in:

Always Log out when using a shared device.

5. Consultations — working principle for doctors

Online

  1. Patient books an online slot.
  2. You manage the appointment from your dashboard.
  3. You share a secure external consultation link with the patient (as prompted by the product).
  4. Conduct the consultation on that secure channel.
  5. Complete notes / prescription steps as required by clinical and platform practice.

In-clinic

  1. Patient books an in-clinic slot.
  2. You see the booking on your schedule.
  3. See the patient at the clinic location associated with your profile.

6. Public profile quality (recommended)

A strong public profile helps patients trust and book you:

  • Clear specialty and qualifications
  • Accurate clinic name / address
  • Up-to-date fees
  • Honest experience years
  • Active schedule with realistic slots
  • Professional portrait (if you upload one)

Do not invent credentials. Only publish qualifications you can support during verification.

7. Publishing educational content

If your account includes Blogs & remedies:

  • Write accurate, responsible health education
  • Avoid guaranteed cures or unsafe instructions
  • Content may require review before it appears publicly
  • Link topics to appropriate specialties / Health Library pages when helpful

8. Account security for doctors

  • Use a unique, strong password
  • Never share login access with clinic staff under your personal doctor account
  • Do not send patient data over personal WhatsApp/email outside approved clinical channels
  • Treat prescriptions and patient lists as confidential
  • Report suspected account takeover via the official Contact page after securing the email inbox
