Online consultations are facilitated through third-party consultation platforms. 24Heal Hospital does not provide its own real-time messaging or video infrastructure; your doctor will share a secure external link for your appointment.

2. Not for emergencies

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, call emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not rely on online booking for urgent care.

3. Account registration

You may browse doctor profiles without an account. To book appointments, access prescriptions, or place pharmacy orders, you must register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Appointments and cancellations

Appointment availability is subject to doctor schedules and hospital policies. Fees are displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by appointment type; please review confirmation details and contact us if you need to change your booking.

5. Pharmacy orders

Certain medicines require a valid prescription. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions before dispensing or delivering controlled or prescription-only items. Medicine availability, pricing, and delivery areas are subject to change.

6. Payments

Payments for consultations and pharmacy orders are processed through authorised payment providers. All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable charges for services you request.

7. Medical advice disclaimer

8. Acceptable use
